Why the story of David Goggins resonates with me so much is that he was born with a victim environment like most of us did. But he somehow transformed himself to a self made beast who defied all the odds and achieved the impossible, breaking the limits of both physical and mental barriers of human beings. There is a lot that we can learn from him. And hopefully one day, we/I can transform our life and live the other side of the journey through years of suffering and struggles.
